Meal Plan Monday

 
 

This week, I'm focusing on getting us back on track with eating at home and eating healthier.

Breakfasts

Pumpkin oatmeal cookies, yogurt, fruit, coffee

Monday + Tuesday

Chicken and mac + cheese. So, yeah, this isn't the healthiest but it's better than eating out. This is just to tide us over until the new fridge comes on Wednesday and I can buy more veggies without worrying about them going bad.

Wednesday

20 Minute Black Bean Soup (I'm going to try THIS recipe)

Thursday

Spaghetti with Garlic Bread

 

Friday

Breakfast for dinner

Lunches

Salads, crackers, cheese sticks with water

Snacks

Yogurt covered raisins, pretzels and hummus, fruit
