Mr. LL is really wanting to eat healthier, so I'm trying to work with him. I'm not really in a position to go on a diet, but I can get most of our meals to a healthier place. The snacks I'll just keep at work so he won't be tempted.

Breakfasts

Hard boiled eggs, grits (for me), coffee

Chicken and Asian chopped salad

Tuesday

Steak and salad (+ baked potato for me)

Wednesday

Chicken and roasted veggies

Thursday

Crab Cakes and Asian chopped salad

Lunches

Salads, hummus, cheese sticks, fruit with water

Snacks

Hummus, bacon, pepperoni, berry smoothies, eggs

Last week we did alright. Meals got moved around, but we didn't break down and eat out! This week I'm going to try to keep up our eating from home rather than eating out.

This week, I'm focusing on getting us back on track with eating at home and eating healthier.

Breakfasts

Pumpkin oatmeal cookies, yogurt, fruit, coffee

Monday + Tuesday

Chicken and mac + cheese. So, yeah, this isn't the healthiest but it's better than eating out. This is just to tide us over until the new fridge comes on Wednesday and I can buy more veggies without worrying about them going bad.
